The whole group lived it up at a club 2 hours outside of Bangkok! We were the only foreigners in the entire place, and really were looked at as pop stars. One shoudl be wary of the Thai lady-boys though; they're agressive. The Gauntlet of Fame formed by the locals was just like the red carpet treatment at a concert...screaming fans, pictures, and a substantial amount of touching.
